We've been putting on events since the turn of the millenium and it feels like we are finally getting the hang of it. We've recently started our event support program where we make our festival production assets (soundsystems, vans, backline, staging etc) available to other organizations.

There are so many things to remember when putting on an event, so we thought we'd make some guides to help others (and ourselves) in planning their next event.

Concert Packing List

This guide outlines the tools, supplies, and processes we rely on when planning Ska and Reggae Society events. It serves as a practical reference for our team and for other organizations.
