Parahyba Ska Jazz Foundation

Formed in João Pessoa, Brazil in 2014, Parahyba Ska Jazz Foundation is on a quest to meld their love of traditional Jamaican ska with a strong jazz aesthetic that allows for endless improvisational flow and creativity. A 7-piece band fuelled by deep rivers of rhythm and groove, Parahyba Ska Jazz Foundation shows are showcases of ska & reggae classics, played with colourful energy and a deep reverence for the art of ska music.
